We ship Product(s) to most locations within India and globally. For logistical reasons, we might be unable to deliver to some locations which are unserviceable. These locations might keep changing depending on serviceability by our logistics partners.
Courier handling charges are borne directly by the customer and are to be paid at the time of delivery to our courier partner or as advised by our courier partner.
All Product orders will be shipped to the Buyer as per the shipping time mentioned on the order confirmation page. The shipping time is merely indicative and your order could be shipped prior to or later than the mentioned date depending on the availability, customization and other factors attached to your order. The order dispatch time and shipping time varies from product to product. Generally, items will be shipped anywhere between 1-4 weeks depending on the order delivery time prescribed by our vendors. Order shipment times does not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.
All domestic orders will take about 3-5 days for delivery from the date of dispatch. International orders will take a minimum of 7 days for delivery from the date of dispatch. Further information on the order status can be provided by our customer care upon request at email@example.com.
If multiple items are ordered in a single order, we may dispatch the ordered Product(s) in separate parcels and on different dates, as and when they are ready for dispatch.
All shipping charges are borne directly by the customer. We offer free delivery within India for orders above INR 5000 but such offer might change from time to time.
Taxes and Duties
For Indian Customers, the product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties.
For International Customers, the products are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) i.e. product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. These charges are ungovernable and they differ from country to country according to the local rules & regulations. The VAT / Custom Duty / Local Taxes / Import Duties are borne directly by the customer
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgment. This will be followed by another e-mail once we have verified your payment details and approved your order for shipping. In the event of a problem in processing your order, you will receive an e-mail detailing the issue and possibly requesting further information.
We will make best efforts to keep the Buyer informed about their order. However, the Buyer can also contact the Buyer care centre of Ekatrra to enquire about status of its order. the buyer can also check the status of the shipment through the tracking code provided by the logistics partner. Once the order has been handed to the courier agency, ekatrra.com will email you the tracking code, along with the website link on which you can monitor and check the status of your order. The tracking code may take up to 24 business hours to be activated on the tracking website.
Failure to receive order
The logistics partner of Ekatrra shall make all reasonable efforts to deliver the Products ordered by the Buyer at the address communicated by it at the time of the placing the order. However, if the Buyer is not able to take delivery of the Product, the same would be returned back to Us. In the event the Buyer requests Ekatrra to resend the Product(s), the same would be resent only if the customer covers all the subsequent shipment charges.
Delivery for Cash on Delivery Orders
All cash on delivery order payments have to be made at the time of order delivery to our logistics partner. The Products would be handed over to the Buyer only after receipt of the payment for the Product(s). We reserve the right to decline COD to certain customers based on their purchase/payment history.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
If there is a delay in delivery caused due to any natural calamity, public holiday or any other unforeseen circumstance, Ekatrra shall not refund, return, replace or exchange any order.
Ekatrra insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Ekatrra and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
It is applicable to any items notified by our courier companies to be restricted and/or banned and/or prohibited from time to time(including but not limited to animals, bullion, currency, bearer from negotiable instruments, precious metals and stones, firearms or parts thereof and ammunition, human remains, pornography and illegal narcotics/drugs).
Ekatrra will not be liable for delays resulting from incomplete address listings. In such cases the customer shall bear the reshipping charges.
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
All orders require a signature upon receipt.
